Peiner Construction Cranes Canada

Peiner Construction Cranes Canada

The global leader in the manufacture and design of a wide array of Peiner Buckets and Grapples is SMAG Germany. Our manufacturing line is comprised of mechanical motor grabs, hydraulic lifting devices, electro-hydraulic motor grabs, single rope radio control grabs and a variety of other kinds of specialized lifting equipment.

Peiner has produced and sold more than 75,000 units for the worldwide market. Peiner's unique grabs could deal with a wide array of products and materials like cement, iron ores, fertilizers, coke, refuse and scrap. Our many years of experience in manufacturing high quality products and the overall designing process helps to allow our customers be given the proven technology their diverse applications demand.

SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years within the US market place. Different industries such as Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Scrap Handling, Bulk Transfer Facilities and numerous other material handling facilities are currently using our buckets and grabs to accomplish their jobs.

Peiner's design philosophy has continually revolved around the idea of producing grabs that deal with the largest volume as opposed to grab dead weight. Normally, the bucket and grab lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight vs. 40 percent grab dead weight. This means moving greater quantities of supplies faster. The wear and tear on the crane structure and its related components is less. By combining innovative design and high quality materials with manufacturing, the weight ration that is desired is obtained.

In order to meet the specific requirements of our customer's individual needs, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over 50 cubic yards. Additionally, Peiner USA Inc. provides a complete spare parts facility and service facility for the units purchased in the United States, as well as the addition of new grabs and buckets.
