Powertrain
Lift trucks should be tough enough to last for hours of operation in many extreme environments. Though being ergonomic for operators, these equipment need to be able to move loads fast or efficiently. The dependable, rugged Yale powertrain provides excellent durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer controlled engine and transmission and extremely robust gears and shafts. The transmission, engine, steer axle, and drive axle are all isolated so as to lessen vibration and noise in the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The electrical system of the lift truck is responsible for connecting the truck's major nerve centers. Therefore, the electrical system in the lift truck must be dependable and durable for the most demanding hot/cold and dry/wet operations. There is much sophistication required in order to control truck functionality.
Yale trucks are recognized for delivering reliable electronics. The Yale CANbus electrical system employs digital technology and reduces electrical connections and reduces wiring as well. This results in awesome serviceability and improved reliability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They provide the necessary force required to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these parts comprise: leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, heavy-duty hydraulic valves, long lasting tilt and hoist cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned in order to prolong part life by minimizing exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift can withstand the most extreme working situations coming out on top with their great dependability. These machines have been constructed in such a precise manner that attention to detail has been taken into account to be able to keep the operator as comfortable as possible.
