Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Canada

Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Canada

Most commonly, IC or internal combustion lift trucks are used for indoor applications like: manufacturing, trucking, bottling and warehousing, amongst other things. These models ride on cushion tires that are solid rubber tires. The Internal Combustion forklift models could run either by dual fuel, diesel or Liquid Petroleum Gas or LPG. The dual fuel models work with both gasoline and LPG. These machinery are able to operate on either fuel but not simultaneously. Internal combustion engines are Class 4 forklifts. The engine is responsible for powering the truck, the hydraulics and all functions of the truck.

Nissan's forklift Platinum II units and the GO4 Series have lifting capacities from 3000 to 11,000 pounds. They come in units powered by LPG or dual-fuel or LPG/gasoline engines. The CARB certification on these particular engines enables the forklifts to generate low emissions and gives them the confidence to help protect the environment. The environmental certifications like CARB, help a lot of employers offer their employees cleaner and thus safer working atmosphere.

The fuel management systems offered by Nissan, the LP/Gas combinations, offer optimum engine operation to reduce exhaust emissions and provide incredible fuel economy at the same time. Each Platinum II fork truck is equipped with their basic compressive engine protection system in place to warn operators in the event of a severe drop in oil pressure or excessive heat. This particular system helps to extend your drive train and engine life to help keep your lift truck investment functioning at its optimum ability.

Since companies have tried to become more "green" to be more environmentally friendly and efficient, the dual fuel lift trucks units have been making big waves in the business. It's also a great idea to rent the machine for a bit to find out if you like the way it handles before making a big investment. There are numerous alternatives within the business today and with some research, you will be able to choose the best model for your certain use.
